What is IntelligencePlatform?

It is where macOS keeps an on device store of knowledge about you and your Mac: people, places, apps and how they relate. Personal suggestions, and Apple Intelligence features that use personal context, read from it. The names inside (knowledge, graph, ontology, behaviors) say as much. Apple does not document the folder itself.

What is inside it?

ItemSize hereWhat it looks like
globalKnowledge.db49 MBGeneral knowledge the features rely on
Artifacts42 MBSupporting data, about 120 files
behaviors.db, views.db and their -wal files10 MBLearned patterns of use
graph.db, ontology.db, keyvalue.db and -wal files5.7 MBThe knowledge graph itself

108 MB and 158 files in all. The -wal files are SQLite write logs; they belong to the database beside them.

Is it safe to delete?

Not recommended. These are live databases that system services hold open, macOS rebuilds them, and features that use personal context lose what they had learned. At this size it is not what is filling a disk. If you do not want this kind of on device learning, the switches are in System Settings, under Siri and Apple Intelligence.
